On 10 September 2023, our President Valerio Nicolai will run 10 km through the streets of Naples during the DeeJay Ten organised by Radio Deejay.
Anyone who knows Valerio Nicolai knows how passionate he is about swimming. It is in the water that he feels at home, where he reaches his best heights. But this time, Valerio will be taking on a completely new challenge – one that does not come naturally to him, but which he faces with all his heart.
On 10 September, Valerio will compete in a 10 km race. Now, for someone like him who is good at swimming, running represents a major challenge. But he is doing it with determination, because he knows that the cause is greater than any discomfort he may experience while running.
Valerio’s unwavering dedication to our club and commitment to this challenge should serve as an inspiration to each and every one of us. They are a powerful reminder to get involved in such a vital cause and enable us to overcome obstacles and difficulties beyond our expectations.
